Beautiful home with breathtaking floor to ceiling views of the river and mountains. Two master suites and one en suite bedroom with private balcony. One master suite is wheelchair accessible. Wrap around porch with two large decks. One captures the morning sun, while the other is perfect for barbecuing and relaxing late into the evening. This property has several swimming holes and sandy beaches, as well as a 2acre flat meadow perfect for camping or playing sports. The property owners also own the 13 acres on the other side of the river, ensuring your privacy. Except for the occasional kayaker or river rafter, the riverfront is extremely private. This home is 2 miles from the entrance of the sequoia national park. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds, upper master also has a king size bed and the lower master suite also has sofa sleeper. The home sleeps 10 comfortably. The wheel chair accessible master suite on the main floor is 500sqft. The master suite on the upper floor is 700sqft and has incredible views from the bedroom and bathroom. The living room has cathedral ceilings and boasts a gorgeous river rock fireplace. The home also contains a large open kitchen. Although the house is truly beautiful, the land it sits on is arguably the most desirable riverfront property in the area. The portion of river that runs through the property flows year-round and includes swimming and fishing holes, as well as rapids and rocky falls. This stunning piece of property truly encompasses everything a guest could ask for.

    We had a nice stay. It's about an hour from the house to General Sherman Tree. It was hot, but we brought an EZ Up and put it at the edge of the river from some cool shade while relaxing in the water. The river is not right behind the house, it is down a small road, down a hill. It would be hard to navigate if you are elderly. We used our car to drive down the cooler, inter tubes, chairs, EZ up, etc. With the campgrounds closed due to COVID, this house provides a great way to isolate yet still see Sequoia National Park.

    This place is stunning. When we arrived we were impressed with the outside aesthetics of the house. The patio/balcony wrapped around the home and provided breathtaking views. Inside had large windows that provided a panoramic view of the river and mountains. Even when you were inside in their beautiful home, we still could enjoy all of the beauty of the location. There was a patio area to lounge and separate area to BBQ and dine outside.

    All three bedrooms were spacious and could accommodate three families (all with children under 5) comfortably.

    The kitchen was complete, and had appliances that were updated. Bathrooms were spacious.

    A very short walk down their road led you to a private spot to the river and included patio furniture and shade covering. It's perfect for kids and our children enjoyed it.

    This home is clean, beautiful and comfortable.

    Super private house + super private riverfront beach. My favorite feature: there are four different outdoor deck type areas w/ comfy furniture (yes, FOUR) so you have a sunny spot for AM coffee, a shady spot for evening happy hour, a barbeque side setting for stargazing after dinner and a shaded riverside lounge for daytime splashing, rock skipping and beach play. Managed by incredibly friendly and responsive owners. Other highlights: top notch beds/linens/towels, strong AC throughout, reliable Wifi, fully stocked kitchen with quality cooking tools. Just book it! You won't regret.
