All the newly posted photographs usually get updated within 1 hour of any photo changes done on the website. In case photographs do get updated on the advert within 1 hour or more the please clear ‘cache’ of your computer. Cache stores an old version of every web page rather than the newly updated version. It only affects your computer it means that other people viewing your advert for the first time will see the updated advert so we advise you to clear it once in 24 hours.

All the prices published in search results and at the top of adverts on Vacation Rentals Properties are in Euros (€) regardless of the currency in your prices table. This is to keep the site consistent, making it easy for holidaymakers to compare the price of one against another. Your advert does state the currency your prices were originally quoted in. vacationmakers can convert your prices into a currency they prefer using the options at the top of your advert.
In order to cancel the yearly subscription contact our Listing Management team on +44 203 286 5628 or send them an email at info@vacationrentalsproperties.com. Your advert will get removed fromt the website within 24 hours of cancelation.
Important: Subscription fee or any other charge will not get refunded to advertisers account or Credit Card or any another payment medium.
You cannot make changes or corrections into the translated text on our website as we use Microsoft tools to perform and support translation work. The Language Selection button at top of your advert allows vacationmakers to view your advert in Italian, Spanish, French or German. The translated text isn’t accurate however it has been posted on the website to give a fair idea your to vacation makers or potential renters.
You can publish your ’s price in any currency you accept. vacation makers or potential renters can convert it into their currency by using various currency converters available on internet.
To add one or more photos: click Choose Files and find the image files on your computer and click Open. Now click on Upload Now and wait for photos go get uploaded on the website. If you’re happy with the request, accept it and the guest will secure the booking with a payment. In case you want to make some changes to the booking, send the guest a quote outlining the correct price.
We suggest you to send a repose as soon as possible however you get 24 hours to accept new booking requests. During this time the holidaymaker’s chosen dates will be marked as reserved on your calendar to avoid any double bookings.
