This home is located in the friendly Cherokee Oaks Drive on the South Fork of the Kaweah River that runs through back yard. This two story home has 1,900 square feet of space inside and a great lawn in the front yard, plus a patio and yard in the rear of the house overlooking the river. The back yard is surrounded by vegetation, the river, and an abundance of Sycamore trees.

The neighborhood roads are wide and great for riding a bike or taking a stroll after dinner.

This vacation rental offers all the conveniences of your own home and maybe a few extras including river access, a ping pong table, lawn games, Propane BBQ grill, outdoor patio, satellite television with Netflix, DVD player, free WI FI internet, and a landline phone for incoming and outgoing local calls.

There are three bedrooms (all upstairs) with two king size beds and a queen bed. We also have a pull out couch, and two roll away beds. There are two bathrooms and a half bath to choose from including the private bathroom in the master bedroom. We provide all the linens and towels and basic bathroom supplies. Kitchen is fully equipped with just about everything you might need to make a romantic dinner or a family picnic or BBQ get together.

The local community offers multiple indoor and outdoor restaurants, a full service grocery store, coffee shop, pharmacy, medical facilities, library, and a couple of gas stations.

    Under the current situation and even when everything goes back to normal, this place will stir a nostalgia for our family. We woke up to wild turkeys in our front yard and met the evening with deer and swirling bats eating in our backyard. The beds were fine for us. There is a bigger river access about 5 min drive. The back yard has a LAZy quiet river running slowly at the time of our visit. Good for little ones. Water shoes we good to get over the rocks in the river. There are bugs, but we didn't get bit much. We took bug spray. We had a nice bon fire. You can take your own or pay 10.00 with some provided. My kids enjoyed playing pin pong in the garage and corn hole in the yard. Sequoia National Park is not far away. We will be back. Keep this place a secret ?????. Thank you to Hannah and the home owners for all the little extras.

    Hosts were friendly and responsive. House was roomy and comfortable- perfect location for exploring the park or just lounging by the water all day. Adorable wild turkeys roam the neighborhood and plenty of acorn woodpeckers to watch. We even got to watch bats zoom through the air at night! Only downside was the beds which were uncomfortably soft- we all had a hard time sleeping in them - even my teenager. Update the mattresses and the place would be a perfect 10!

    This house was great for our stay in Three Rivers! Comfortable & clean and the backyard & views were wonderful!! Definitely recommend!! Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with others!

    This is our second time at this amazing house. We love lounging in the river, lying on the grass at night to watch shooting stars, and drinking our morning coffee on the super comfortable deck. It was too hot to venture to the park this year so we stayed at the house and played cards, swam and enjoyed relaxing. Highly recommend this home and the awesome owners!

    We loved our stay here & Nataliya was beyond helpful with questions we had. We felt very welcomed here & in the town. The house had pretty much everything we needed to cook etc. We stopped at a Neighborhood Market Walmart in Visalia along the drive from the airport to the home. The views & sounds of the river in the backyard (literally) were amazing! We had such a wonderful time exploring Three Rivers area & Sequoia National Park. We loved our trip :)
