This condo is part of the Racquet Club, third and final phase of the legendary Racquet Club complex. Located adjacent to the RC Garden Villas and the legendary Racquet Club Hotel (under renovation).

This condo is quite large. It was built as two separate units which are now combined into one. This gives you a large living room and bedroom, and two bathrooms. You also have a separate office area, where you can work using the free WiFi and free long distance throughout the the USA and Canada.

Convenient location to shops on north end of Palm Canyon Drive and also convenient to interstate. Really close to Ruth Hardy Park which was a large beautiful park and great place to walk our dog. The small complex and condo was very dog friendly. The complex has a dog run area which was like a private dog park, very large secure area with trees and our dog loved it. Also the condo has fantastic floor to ceiling windows so our dog could even see outside while we were away. The condo was decorated beautifully with an art deco/Palm Springs decor. Very comfortable seating in spacious living room and very nice large TV that is easy to work. Also nice usable office area. Kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook. Couple of cons, the showers are a little older although other part of bathrooms are updated. The biggest con was the noise from the traffic. Although there was a white noise machine which we greatly appreciated, it was still very loud all through the night, and also bedroom was not dark. Blackout shades would help tremendously. The property owner was responsive and very friendly. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay, and so did our furry traveling companion..

This was the second time and we enjoyed it again very much. Nice, clean space, close to downtown PS. Pool almost for ourself.
